I’ve ordered from this company twice and was very pleased with the service every time. The delivery was always on time and was exactly how the description described. Once the recipient wasn’t at the location I provided so the worker went out of their way just to make sure the recipient got the gift by delivering it to a different location. This company exceeded my expectations and I definitely recommend it.

Ordered a cake for my brother birthday, although I booked the morning slot delivery between 9am -2pm we have reached 2 pm and no delivery or call was made, until I decided to contact the number mentioned on their website, the driver is in Sharjah, the manager said sorry for the delay hopefully wishing another hour we will deliver the cake, so technically I reminded them with the job, imagine if I didn’t follow up, although I requested the least for a birthday cake to write happy birthday with the name, all as forgotten no candle nothing at all... I used the service before used to be good but this time was terrible ... spoke to their manager who ignored my messages with no answer as he is on holiday...

The team at the Online Flower Shop were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement that we modified online, their communication was spot on amazing. They even sent me a short video of the team putting the arrangement together as we are based in Australia and made a number of changes to what we purchased online. Boquet was arranged nicely, unfortunately their delivery service was disappointing, very very disappointing. The order was placed over a month ago via their website. The day before delivery, the follow up has been made to remind them and they said they will deliver according to your time slot 9am-2pm, their delivery guy called around 3pm and said on the way, after more than an hour waiting no one came, i have to make constant follow up where is the flowers. The whole surprised idea was ruined because of their failed time slot delivery. They asked for sorry, sorry was taken but this is what I have to go through first. Not recommending.

No practivity in feedbacks. They provide delivery time of 9am-6pm but wow, they expect you to EXPECT them to deliver it by 6PM. Wow i work in logistics and if you promise a delivery within a set of time, then a good company with good culture will deliver it earlier or in a reasonable amount of time, they will not deliver it in the nick of time. Also they charge additional transpo for an earlier delivery time, wow. If you provide a delivery TIME of 9am- 6Pm so SHOULD EVERY CUSTOMER who did not avail for the addtl cost of an earlier delivery of 2pm EXPECT that they will received it BY 6pm? SHOUDNT YOU JUST put \EXACTLY 6PM\ delivery to not CONFUSE YOUR CUSTOMERS?? Bunch of inconsiderate business ethics
